Luke McKay Turner practices civil litigation in the fields of personal injury, business disputes, employment matters, and commercial liability. He represents businesses, insurers, and individuals through all phases of litigation.

Mr. Turner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, graduating with honors. He then attended California Western School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Law and received the Academic Excellence Award in Legal Writing for achieving the highest grade in the course.

During law school, Mr. Turner served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, where he gained experience in federal civil litigation and judicial decision-making. At California Western School of Law, he served as President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Society, President of the Business Law Society, and as a member of Trial Team, Moot Court, and the New Media Rights Clinic.

Mr. Turner is the author of Automating Censorship: The Constitutional Dangers of Book Banning, published in “Book Bans, Classroom Restrictions, and the Fight for Educational Access.”
