D. Wilson Jordan practices general civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense.  Prior to joining BQB, LLP, Mr. Jordan litigated in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, subrogation, construction, collections, real estate, bankruptcy, and securities fraud, representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to private individuals.  He has extensive experience with law and motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trials.

Mr. Jordan was sworn into the California State Bar in December of 2011.  Mr. Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2011, during which time he worked for USD’s free legal clinic, first as a student and then as a staff attorney. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jordan graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis in 2006, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.
